Paw Hub Guest Waiver & Release

By booking a visit through Paw Hub you (the "Guest") agree to the following on behalf of yourself, every person in your booking, and every dog you bring.

1. Assumption of risk

Off-leash activity carries inherent risks, including injury to dogs or people from other animals, terrain, fencing, water features, plants, weather, or unforeseen hazards. You voluntarily assume all such risks. Hosts disclose known features and hazards in good faith; you are responsible for inspecting the space before releasing any dog.

2. Your dogs

You confirm every dog on the visit is current on vaccinations required in Ontario (including rabies), on parasite prevention, has no history of biting people or dogs, and is not subject to a dangerous-dog order or breed restriction under the Dog Owners' Liability Act. You remain in control of and responsible for your dogs at all times.

3. Release and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Paw Hub and the Host from claims arising from your visit, except those caused by their gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and you agree to indemnify Paw Hub and the Host for damage or injury caused by you or your dogs.

4. Community safety rules

• Dogs leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
• Walk the space and check it is secure before going off-leash.
• Never arrive before your start time or stay past your end time.
• Pick up after your dogs; leave the spot as you found it.
• Only the people and dogs in your booking may attend.

5. Privacy of the spot

The exact address and access instructions are shared only for your confirmed visit. Do not share them, visit outside your booking, or photograph the Host's home.
